We try to make it easy, each product listing for kits on our site list our recommended wheel/tire specs on the same webpage. It should be said that they are just that "recommendations" based on what we've tested and can approve for fitment and are typically on the moderate side. Other sizes and wheels and tires can be used, but may require some trimming or other modifications to “fit” for both on and off-road use.
To add to that, the term "fitting" has a different meaning to each person depending on their intended use. There are a number of variables like:
- Actual Tire Dimensions (height/width and aggressiveness of the sidewall lugs)
- Wheel Specs (width/backspacing)
- Aftermarket mods that may affect clearance (winch bumpers, mud flaps, fender flares, etc)
- Intended Vehicle Use (on-road vs offroad driving, offroad compresses suspension more)
- Comfort Level Trimming (fenders, inner liner, bumper, etc to optimize wheel well clearance)
